Chambers Bay Construction, located in University Place, WA, brings over 20 years of construction experience to the bay.  If you have a boathouse or dock along Olympia, University Place, Tacoma or Seattle ports – we are at your service – just a short boat ride away.  Chambers Bay Marine Construction services include boathouse and dock repairs, remodeling, refloats and new builds.

Remodel

At some point you may consider doing some remodeling of your boathouse.  Boathouse remodeling could include upating your entry curtain, enclosing or enlarging the boat well, or undergoing major interior remodeling.  Other common upgrades include new front doors, loft remoding and loft room build-outs with heat and air conditioning. You may also wish to relocate your boathouse altogether or add onto an existing dock.

Repair

If your boathouse or dock need repair or maintenance, we have you covered. We can tackle all kinds of boathouse or dock repairs including fixing rotten substructures, damaged siding, leaking roofs, malfunctioning curtain walls or aging docks.  At some point you will most likely need your boatbouse yokes repaired too. Ask us about our yoke options today.

Refloat

Your boathouse and dock are supported by flotation beams that can fail if not installed correctly. If your boathouse seems to be sinking or off-balanced, you may need a refloat. With boathouse refloats, we use hydraulic machines to lift the boat house and install new floatation underneath. We can also refloat failing docks.

New Builds

Chamers Bay Marine Construction services don’t end with repairs, remodels and refloats. With over 20 years of design-build construction experience, we can remove your existing boathouse and build a solid new boathouse in its place. Sometimes this option makes the most sense, especially if the amount of repair work needed would end up costing you as much if not more than a new structure altother. We can also build new docks.
